Check out Room 7's wonderful Bird Feeder designs and awesome completed Bird Feeders!  Aren't they brilliant!

We used bird seed mix, peanut butter, apples, pine cones  and dripping.  The birds love this mixture and it keeps them warm in winter.  

We also recycled bottles, used kebab sticks and string to make the fabulous feeders we've hung around the school - can you spot them?

First we made some designs of how we wanted our feeders to look ...

Next we joined our groups and started making our feeders using the above ingredients.

We had a cute wee visitor on the day too.

Next we asked Mr Webb if he would help us by putting the Bird Feeders up around the school.

We had a lot of fun making the Bird Feeders and hope to see the birds using them soon!

The kids have been working hard over the last few weeks with cross country practice, an awesome cross country on Friday, Pink Shirt Day on Friday and our awesome bird topic.... check out some of our photos, hope you love seeing all the hard work we've been up to!
